Freixenet Solare Spritz
• 3 parts Freixenet sparkling wine
• 2 parts Freixenet Solare aperitif
• 1 part soda water
• ice
• lemon slice for garnish

Preparation: Fill a glass with ice, add Freixenet sparkling wine, Solare and soda water, then stir gently. Serve well chilled with a slice of lemon.
